Lady Willoughby de Eresby and Mrs Ronald Tree (better known as Nancy Lancaster), billed in The Tatler as M.P.s wives on their presentation at court at Buckingham Palace. Nancy Lancaster (1897 - 1994), nee Perkins, was an influential American-born tastemaker, interior decorator and garden designer.
