The Prince of Wales, a beloved local institution, was established in the early 20th century and can be traced back to the trading record of 1934, as detailed on the reverse of this print. The pub was owned and operated by the Hoare & Company Limited, a name synonymous with London's rich pub history. However, as of July 2018, the Prince of Wales, unfortunately, closed its doors and was later demolished.
